Refund policy

We take pride in delivering high-quality products to our consumers and we take great care in making sure the end result is the best it can be. Please remember, all of our products are handcrafted in small batches and will look a tad different from the product photo you see online—no two products look the same!

However, due to the nature of our products (products that go on your skin) we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. 

If you received incorrect or damaged products, save all contents and packing material and contact us within 3 business days.  Failure to contact us promptly will delay our ability to correct our mistake and send you the products you love. 

Additions or cancellations

To avoid confusion and ensure a speedy delivery, please check your order carefully prior to check out.  We know that mistakes happen. If you forgot to add something to your order or you wish to change it, please email us within 24 hours with your name, order number and additional items being requested to and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


Although allergic reactions to natural ingredients are uncommon, we recommend testing our products first by using them on a small skin area. If redness or irritation develops within 24 hours, discontinue use. 

Shipping policy

We ship within the United States via USPS within 3 business days of the order being received. We ship priority mail for a $8 flat rate regardless of the weight. 

We are not responsible for missing packages where address information has been incorrectly entered through the ordering process, for packages damaged in transport, or for packages returned to us.
